FAQ's

Why are you offering a free service, what's in it for you?
Ultimately, this service will not be free, or at least will have tiers of functionality (the lowest tier might be free). I am currently just generating recognition by offering this free service.

Keezey Manual

Signing in and Logging off: You can sign on to your keezey account from any page on our the site, or by visiting https://www.keezey.com/user.php. You can log off your account by clicking the "log off" link at the top right of your account page- we recommend users log off before leaving their computers alone, or if they do not anticipate returning to their account within 2 hours. Also, users signed into their personal account will find that the "demo" page is not functional until they log off their own account.

Using the tools: There are three tools provided to our users: password generator, password strength analyzer and an easy password bookmarklet. They can be accessed, one at a time, by clicking their link near the top of the user page.

Adding, Editing and Deleting passwords: The three buttons at the bottom of the password spreadsheet allow users to perform operations with their passwords. Both the Delete and Edit functions require a password to be selected. The Add and Edit functions cause a box to appear below the password spreadsheet with appropriate fields; the edit fields are pre-populated with current values.

Using the Bookmarklet: Our most unique feature, the password bookmarklet, is really surprisingly easy to use. Save the code from the "Easy Password Bookmarklet" form (accessed by clicking the link at the top of the user page) to a new bookmark. Execute this bookmark on any page and a popup window will open, prompting you for your keezey login information. After filling this out appropriately, the window will display the best-match username/password combination for the website you were visiting. Allowing you to copy paste the information back to the original page. This feature allows you to create stronger, more complex passwords that don't have to be easy to memorize.
